By using the SUKR mobile application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of the Service
SUKR provides prayer tracking, dhikr, Qur’an reading, community features, and spiritual guidance tools. It is not a source of religious rulings (fatwa) or official religious advice. Content is for general information and personal worship support only.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree not to provide false or misleading information.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Community rules
- Be respectful; hate, harassment, and spam are prohibited.
- Do not infringe copyrights or other intellectual property.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual property
The app, design, content, and SUKR brand belong to us. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Prayer times and other content are for informational purposes only. Local calendars, calculation methods, and school-of-thought differences may apply — please verify with your local mosque or authority where needed. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.
6. Premium features
If paid features are offered, pricing and cancellation terms will be described in the app and in accordance with App Store / Google Play rules, including auto-renewal where applicable.
7. Termination
You may delete your account or contact destek@sukr.app. We may close accounts that breach these Terms. See Account deletion.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer rights under mandatory local law remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
