SUKR (“app”, “we”, “us”) processes your personal data in line with applicable law, including Türkiye’s Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) where it applies. This policy explains what we collect when you use the SUKR mobile app, why we collect it, and your rights.

3. Sensitive data
Because SUKR is a Muslim lifestyle and worship app, we may process data that reveals or relates to your religious beliefs or spiritual practice (for example prayer logs, dhikr counts, or spiritual rhythm answers). This processing is necessary to provide the app’s core features. If you do not agree to this processing, please do not use the app or contact us to delete your account.

5. Third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Infrastructure providers may include:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, push notifications
- Fly.io: API and database hosting
- Apple / Google: Sign-in providers (their policies apply)
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. When you request deletion, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time, except where law requires retention. See Account deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact destek@sukr.app.
8. Children
SUKR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page.
